Precise label feed
A stepper motor feeds the label tightly. Length and speed are set on the touchscreen.
Roll change in one move
The label roll clicks onto the holder in one move. Rolls up to Ø250 mm, 76 mm core.
One-lever locking
The backing paper is clamped with one lever, without tools.
Short, clear label path
Quick to thread and less prone to faults.
Clear electrical cabinet

Compressor with air dryer
Oil-free Ekom DK50 PLUS with air dryer, also available in a sound-proof cabinet. Already have a compressor? Connect it.
Date coder
Cyklop CM 220 thermal inkjet up to 600 dpi: batch number, date, time, logo or barcode on the label while labelling.
Sensor for transparent labels
For clear "no-label look" labels, common in cosmetics.
Operation, labels and service
How quickly can I change over to another product?
In a few minutes. Height and width are set with handwheels, without tools. Settings per product are stored on the touchscreen.
Which labels can I use?
Self-adhesive labels on a roll, 10–150 mm wide and 15–300 mm long, on a 76 mm core. Paper, PP and PE all work; transparent labels need the optional sensor.
What if something breaks?
Wear parts, sensors and spare parts are in stock in the Netherlands. Support is available by phone or video in English, German or Dutch.
Can the machine be integrated into my line?
Yes, the conveyor can connect to a filling or capping machine. Whether it suits your line, we check together during the bottle test.
