The mandatory CLP label, straight every time
Scented candles and diffusers often need a CLP label with pictograms and hazard statements. The Cylindra One applies your brand label on the front and the CLP label on the back in one pass.
Candles: what buyers ask
Can the machine label filled candle jars?
Yes, as long as the jar is round and between Ø20 and 100 mm. Let the wax fully cure first.
Does a Ø100 mm jar still fit?
Yes, Ø100 mm is the upper limit. Larger jars do not fit.
Does a candle need a CLP label?
Often yes, if the fragrance oil is classified as hazardous. Check the safety data sheet (SDS) of your fragrance oil or ask your supplier.
How many candles per hour can I do?
Depending on jar and label, 10 to 45 per minute. In practice, with loading and unloading, several hundred per hour.
