What data and why
- Contact and quotations: name, company, email address, phone number and your message. We use this only to answer your question and handle a quotation or bottle test.
- Customers: data needed for delivery, invoicing, warranty and service. We keep invoices for 7 years, as required by law.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts and images are served from our own server. The website is hosted by Vercel, which processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the site.
Retention and sharing
We do not sell your data. We only share it with parties we need to help you, such as a carrier for delivery. Data from enquiries that do not lead to an order is deleted within 2 years.
Your rights
You may access, correct or delete your data. Email info@cylindra.eu. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the data protection authority in your country, or in the Netherlands with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
